Terms of service.

Hello i'm Hikari I draw little doodles𐔌՞. .՞𐦯 ESP/ENG

To place an order, the customer must accept the following conditions...- Payments will only be made via PayPal invoice and within PayPal's payment terms.- No refunds or returns are allowed via PayPal once progress has been sent or during the order process.- Work begins when payment is sent (50%).- I reserve the right to refuse to work with someone, to refuse to create a certain type of artwork, etc.- I do not create any type of artwork that goes against morality and ethics.- Urgent orders can be accepted, but the cost will increase depending on the order and the delivery date (this will be discussed personally with the customer).- Urgent orders are prioritized, and my delivery time is 1 month for each client.- If the client does not respond within 2 weeks, the order is considered completed and approved.- If any progress has been sent, such as sketches, line drawings, etc., and the seller does not wish to continue with the order and the client has already paid 50%, a refund of a percentage of the money will be made and only the progress made will be PAID.
